Our Founder
Our founder Aprile Hearn has overcome many of life's devastating hardships but refused to give up. As she persevered, she noticed other women who were persevering in life as well.
Aprile built meaningful relationships with other women like herself and while doing so, she found a need in her community to build a space for addressing trauma while providing opportunities to heal and so, she created Women Who Win.

We are committed to helping women build confidence, develop resilience, and take control of their lives. Our goal is to equip each woman with the tools they need to become their best selves.
